My Data

With My Data you will be able to manage your store information and create new layers. In this article we explain how to add, modify, and delete your assets.

Tip: you can add, modify and delete your assets at the same time and with just one file if you combine all the steps described here.

How to add new stores

1. Click on My Profile → My Data
2. Click on My Assets → Select which brand you want to manage
3. Click on Upload Data → The CVS, XLS or XLSX file that you want to import must have the following columns. You can also download the template for more details.
   • ID: For the new assets the ID has to be unique and cannot be linked already to any of the assets you might have uploaded in the past. More about the IDs here.
   • Address: for a more accurate localization, you can also add the coordinates. If you don't have the coordinates, you can just add in addition to the address, the columns Municipality and Postal Code. With that, we will localized the assets for you.
4. Drag and drop your file or browse to upload your file → Click on Next
5. Choose the column that contains the IDs
6. In Add new assets you will see the number of new assets that will be upload → Click on Yes and Next
7. Select the column that contains the addresses → Select the columns that contain the coordinates and in case you do not have them, click on the red link I do not have a latitude or longitude column
8. Next → Now you can create or update any internal variable you might have in the file. We recommend to have the variable name always added as Store Name → Click on Next

Now you will be able to review all the information. If everything is correct you can go ahead and click on Confirm Changes. The new stores are now into a process called geolocalization and this could last a couple minutes depending of the number of stores you have uploaded.

In case some of your assets cannot be geolocalized for some reason a warning message will appear and you will be able to download the information for it.

How to delete your assets

1. Click on My Profile → My Data
2. Click on My Assets → Select which brand you want to manage
3. Click on Upload Data → The CVS, XLS or XLSX file that you want to import must have the following columns. You can also download the template for more details.
   • ID: For the assets you do not want to delete, the ID has to match the ones you want to keep. The assets you want to delete, must no be present in the file. More about the IDs here.
4. Drag and drop your file or browse to upload your file → Click on Next
5. Choose the column that contains the IDs
6. En Update matching assets you will be able to see the assets that are already uploaded and are present in the file → Keep the No selected
7. In Delelete assets you will see how many assets are present in the app, but not in the file → Select Yes to confirm that you want to delete them
8. Click on Next → Once this is done, you will be able to review all the information. If everything is correct you can go ahead and click on Confirm Changes.

How to modify your assets

1. Click on My Profile → My Data
2. Click on My Assets → Select which brand you want to manage
3. Click on Upload Data → The CVS, XLS or XLSX file that you want to import must have the following columns. You can also download the template for more details.
   • ID: For the existing assets you want to modify, the ID has to match the asset you want to modify. More about the IDs here.
4. Drag and drop your file or browse to upload your file → Click on Next
5. Choose the column that contains the IDs
6. In Update matching assets → Click on Yes
7. Next → Once this is done, you will be able to review all the information. If everything is correct you can go ahead and click on Confirm Changes.
